When can I book a service or MOT?

Our garages are open Monday – Sat.  When booking you can ask on our enquiry form if your requested days opening times, or whether there is a slot available. You can also see if there is a courtesy car available for you, and to request collection and delivery of your vehicle.

I’ve booked online, what happens next?

  • 1. You’ll get an email letting you know we’ve received your request.
    Soon afterwards we will phone you to confirm your appointment*.
  • 2. Next, take your car to the garage on the agreed date and time and leave it with the technician. Or await for your collection.
  • 3. Armed with their tools and knowledge the technician will complete one of your services or MOT.
  • 4. The technician will check your car over with a Health Check.
    If your car needs any extra work, the garage will contact you for authorisation before going ahead.
  • 5. When the work is done, we will call you. Now you can collect your car.
  • 6. Relax – your car’s had its service or MOT. Also, all the labour and parts are covered by a 12 month warranty.

How long will my vehicle be at the garage?

This varies. Usually we will complete all the work within a morning or an afternoon. However, there will be times when it may take a little longer but we will let you know.

we offer a collection service and wash n vac, why?

We want to save you money on your car servicing and MOT. Why take it to a car wash when we can do it for you, for free! And we will collect and deliver your car upon request.

What if extra work is needed?

The aim of a health check is to thoroughly check your car. Whilst doing the service the technician may identify a problem with your car. They’ll contact you to explain what’s wrong and the work that’s required to fix it. There’s no hard sell – the technician won’t carry out any extra work without your agreement, you are in charge.

how do i pay?

When the work is finished, we will provide you with a bill. We can accept many methods of payment.

I want to have some additional work done on my car, is this possible?

Of course, simply talk to us directly for any additional work. Next time you need to book your annual servicing or MoT, remember to use Premier Autos and choose your service type online.
